Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the early phases of product development, coordinating design, quality and purchasing activities. The role involves initiating projects, defining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with customer and internal stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate projects, conduct kickoff meetings and define measurable KPIs.
• Interact with key and non‑key accounts to understand their needs and drive appropriate actions.
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of Design, Quality and Purchasing specialists, developing their competencies and allocating necessary resources.
• Establish project cost budgets, monitor expenditures and control spending against the budget.
• Organise regular project management meetings and report results to senior management.
• Participate in localisation processes and validate vendor development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project initiation, KPI definition and cost control.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in design, quality and purchasing.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
