Project Manager – Civil & Interior Fit-Outs

About the role

Builtiful Homes & Buildings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil and interior fit‑out projects from conception to handover. You will be responsible for delivering premium residential and commercial spaces while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Lead site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, conduct meetings, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Review BOQs, billing, variations, and final accounts.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and excellence across project teams.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in civil and interior fit‑out project management.
• Strong planning, coordination, and cost‑control capabilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with solid decision‑making skills.
