About the role

The Procurement Executive will handle end‑to‑end purchase activities for raw materials and components, including vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, competitive pricing, and quality materials for manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchase activities for raw materials and components
• Source and evaluate vendors
• Negotiate quotations and contract terms
• Issue and track purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with production schedules
• Maintain competitive pricing and quality standards

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in electronics, electrical, hardware or manufacturing
• Hands‑on experience purchasing raw materials and components
• Proficiency in vendor sourcing, negotiation, quotation evaluation and PO processing
• Experience managing vendor relationships and supplier coordination
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities
