Structural Fitter, Helper, MIG Welder & Rigger

About the role

CK Engineering Services is hiring full‑time, on‑site personnel in Bengaluru for the positions of Structural Fitter, Helper, MIG Welder and Rigger. The role involves working both in the workshop and on project sites, supporting fabrication, welding and mechanical assembly activities while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut and fit structural components according to drawings.
• Assist senior technicians with material handling, preparation and tool maintenance.
• Perform MIG welding operations following technical specifications and safety procedures.
• Support lifting and movement of heavy equipment using appropriate rigging gear and hand signals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, read basic drawings or instructions, and coordinate with supervisors to meet schedule targets.

Required profile

• Experience or training in structural fitting, welding or mechanical assembly in an industrial or fabrication environment.
• Ability to perform basic measurements, operate hand and power tools, and follow simple engineering drawings.
• Commitment to workplace safety and capacity to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Relevant ITI or trade certification and prior shop‑floor experience are advantageous.
