About the role
Join Panigrahana Weddings to support premium wedding designs through organized, hands‑on production assistance. You will work closely with planning, design and in‑house decor teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain production checklists, schedules, material lists and event documentation.
- Follow up with vendors, fabricators and internal teams on readiness.
- Coordinate inventory, packing, transport and timely movement of decor materials.
- Assist with venue measurements, setup sequencing and on‑site coordination.
- Flag delays or shortages early, verify setups against approved requirements and support safe pack‑down.
Required profile
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, checklists and handling multiple tasks.
- Interest in wedding decor production and willingness to learn execution processes.
- Calm, dependable approach to deadlines and availability for venue visits, including weekends when required.
