Plumber – Gated Community Apartments

About the role

The plumber will be responsible for handling all plumbing operations, maintenance, and repairs within gated community apartment complexes. This role ensures continuous water supply, proper drainage, and timely resolution of resident complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Attend to resident plumbing complaints and resolve issues within the required turnaround time.
• Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, fixtures, and other components regularly.
• Identify and repair leakages, blockages, and system faults.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major plumbing works when required.
• Maintain daily work records and material usage logs.
• Follow site SOPs, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in gated communities, apartments, high‑rise residential or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fittings, STP/WTP, pumps, and underground pipelines is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
