Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a designated food and beverage outlet at Hyatt Regency Pune. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure the outlet operates as a profitable, independent centre while delivering the high guest satisfaction and brand standards expected of Hyatt International.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the outlet, including service, kitchen, and front‑of‑house functions.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to Hyatt brand standards.
• Control costs and manage the outlet’s budget to achieve financial targets.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Analyse sales data and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Proven ability to manage a profit centre and meet budgetary objectives.
• Strong understanding of guest expectations and brand compliance.
