About the role

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The role ensures that all housekeeping operations align with Hyatt’s global standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, while overseeing laundry services.

Key responsibilities

Manage cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house non‑kitchen areas.
Oversee laundry and dry‑cleaning operations, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
Ensure departmental performance aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.

Required profile

University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
