About the role

The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the Outlet Manager in delivering a high‑standard dining experience at Hyatt Regency Pune. This role ensures smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction and adherence to Hyatt’s brand standards while contributing to the outlet’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

Assist in managing the outlet as an independent profit centre, monitoring budgets and financial performance.
Maintain Hyatt International standards and brand guidelines across service, hygiene and presentation.
Coordinate staff scheduling, training and performance to achieve optimal service levels.
Handle guest inquiries and issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control and ordering to ensure stock availability.

Required profile

Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large‑scale restaurant with good standards.
Demonstrated ability to work within budgetary constraints and drive revenue growth.
