About the role
The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the efficient operation of the outlet, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the department to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet as an independent profit centre, driving guest satisfaction, controlling costs and contributing to the outlet’s financial performance.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large‑scale restaurant with high standards.
