Oracle HCM Cloud Manager

About the role

PwC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Manager to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Absence and Compensation modules. You will help clients leverage Oracle technology to meet their digital transformation goals across finance, HR, and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Compensation modules.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design optimal solutions.
• Lead client workshops, configure the system, support testing, and oversee go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in a consulting or advisory role.
• Participation in at least 2‑3 full lifecycle implementations for each module (Absence and Compensation).
• Strong client‑facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Optional: Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management certification.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM Fusion (Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Deep knowledge of Absence Management business processes and related payroll integration.
• Expertise in Compensation and Benefits processes.
• Business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
