Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion HCM OTL (Time & Labor)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Oracle Advisory practice in Gurugram. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management, specifically the OTL (Time & Labor) module, helping clients optimise time, labor and absence processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions.
• Configure, test and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor functionality.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate workforce management with broader HR and finance systems.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives and advise on best practices for compliance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably in a functional advisory or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of time, labor and absence management processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
