Tech & Non‑Tech Recruiter (1‑5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking energetic Recruiters to join our growing team, handling both technology and non‑technology hiring for mid‑ to senior‑level positions across leading MNCs, startups and Indian conglomerates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment mandates for mid‑ to senior‑level roles.
• Understand client requirements and source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, networking and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience and fit.
• For Tech Recruiters: fill product‑focused technology positions in engineering, product and related functions.
• Coordinate interview and offer processes between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of mandates.
• Develop deep knowledge of the sectors, companies and talent markets served.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Tech Recruiters must have prior experience hiring for product roles.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and a consultative recruitment approach.
