Senior Associate – Change Management & Workforce Transformation

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workforce Consulting practice in Gurgaon. You will support clients in designing and executing change initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change‑management plans for client projects.
• Assess the impact of organisational change and identify mitigation strategies.
• Analyse risks, devise mitigation tactics, and manage anticipated resistance.
• Lead change‑management work streams and coordinate cross‑functional, cross‑business teams.
• Collaborate with risk, quality and compliance teams across the advisory ecosystem.

Required profile

• Senior associate level with proven experience in change management or workforce transformation.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate organisational impact.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
