Manager – SAP Employee Central Time Off & Time Tracking

About the role

Pwc is seeking a Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives focused on time‑off and time‑tracking for a multi‑country implementation in Gurgaon. You will work with a team of consultants to design, configure and deploy Employee Central modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central track for large, multi‑country implementations, covering foundation, position management, master data, lifecycle events, time off and benefits.
• Design and conduct workshops with customers to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Create and configure absence time types, time account types and assign time‑off master data to employees.
• Provide hands‑on configuration, testing and validation of SAP Employee Central solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with overall SAP advisory services.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for international or domestic clients.
• Strong knowledge of all Employee Central functionalities, including foundation, position management, master data, lifecycle events, time off and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead design workshops and drive solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
