About the role
Swiggy, India’s leading on‑demand delivery platform, is looking for a Manager – National Accounts to lead its Gourmet portfolio in Bengaluru. The role involves building strategic partnerships with high‑value restaurant accounts and driving profitable growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Gourmet portfolio for the city/region, ensuring sustainable and mutually profitable growth.
- Develop long‑term strategic partnerships with high‑value accounts and leverage joint business plans to increase market share.
- Utilise data across business metrics to provide partners with actionable insights and improve restaurant and customer experience metrics.
- Manage the full P&L for the portfolio, understanding partner financials and making data‑driven decisions.
- Coordinate monthly in‑app marketing activations and out‑of‑app campaigns to boost restaurant visibility.
- Resolve partner issues by escalating to appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and ensure top‑quality Gourmet restaurants are onboarded.
- Lead, train and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a model account‑management approach.
Required profile
- MBA or PGDM from a tier‑1 institute.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, with at least 1–2 years of team‑management experience.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with industry leaders.
- Result‑oriented, data‑driven decision‑maker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
