About the role
A Mechanical Workshop (MW) Fitter is needed for a steel industry plant in Raipur. The role involves assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
- Build, align and install plant equipment.
- Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical systems and structural components.
Required profile
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Mechanical/Breakdown Maintenance Fitter.
- Experience working in a steel industry environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Raipur.
Required skills
- Mechanical blueprint reading.
- Industrial machinery maintenance.
- Use of hand and power tools for fitting tasks.
