About the role
Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) for a power plant project in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The company is setting up a 120 MW merchant power plant in the state and is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the steel/metal/iron/non-ferrous industry. The position is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations, department coordination and performance metrics.
- Partner with the CEO to build, deploy and track company-wide business plans and annual targets.
- Guide senior managers, optimise resource allocation and keep cross-unit alignment.
- Report on operational health, represent the company externally and support board communications.
- Serve as Acting CEO during absences and lead change management or crisis response.
Required profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical or Metallurgy.
- 25 to 30 years of work experience.
- Salary range of 30 to 50 LPA.
