About the role
A Safety Head (also called Head of Health, Safety and Environment / HSSE) leads the organisation's safety strategy. The role develops and enforces policies that protect workers, ensures compliance with national and international standards and minimises workplace risks and accidents across all operational sites. This opening is for a ferro alloys manufacturing unit in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and update comprehensive safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards
- Carry out risk assessments and hazard identification
- Conduct safety audits and investigate incidents
- Prevent accidents and reduce workplace risks
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of work experience
- Location: Raipur
