Manager, Portfolio Monitoring, Private Credit

About the role

Macquarie Asset Management's Private Credit division offers private debt solutions to institutional investors, building on its infrastructure debt leadership and expanding into real estate and direct lending. This role sits in the Portfolio Monitoring and Credit Risk team, working closely with colleagues in the Gurugram and London offices to assess, monitor and manage a diverse portfolio of Private Credit investments. It reports to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse investment risks and review financial and legal documentation
• Monitor portfolio performance and market developments
• Communicate key insights to stakeholders and clients
• Strengthen risk management practices

Required profile

• Experience in credit risk and financial analysis, including financial modelling, credit ratings, loss given default and counterparty credit risk
• Understanding of private credit and credit assessment, with the ability to analyse financing documentation, commercial contracts and key investment considerations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across global teams
