Product Manager - Digital Products

About the role

Barclays is hiring a Product Manager in its Product Development & Management business area, based in Gurugram or Noida. The role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from concept and release to ongoing performance, and acts as the key interface between business and functional stakeholders. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, define product vision and market strategy, and balance short-term and long-term goals
• Lead cross-functional alignment with marketing, engineering, operations and sales teams
• Own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working with product owners to drive change objectives
• Oversee product risk management and maintain alignment between product management and control functions
• Deliver product goals and performance through data-driven analysis, and support campaigns, offers and promotional delivery
• Support customer journey mapping, process documentation and journey health checks

Required profile

• Intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with basic SQL, HUE, Tableau and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical capability, stakeholder management across UK and India teams, and risk, control and governance awareness
• Desirable: product management experience, digital product design, unsecured lending, credit cards, affordability/CRA and economic crime knowledge
