Management Accounts – Senior Associate to Manager Roles

About the role

Vistra is seeking finance professionals for a walk‑in drive to fill Management Accounts positions ranging from Senior Associate to Manager. The roles involve delivering end‑to‑end accounting services for global clients and ensuring compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance and accounting processes such as payments, disbursements, general ledger and sub‑ledger accounting, A/R and A/P management.
• Prepare annual financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.
• Support statutory accounting, audit activities, and maintain trackers, issue logs, and MIS.
• Escalate issues promptly and meet 100% client SLA commitments.
• For Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager and Manager levels: manage client portfolios, monitor staff utilisation, forecast resourcing, act as SME on VAT, payroll tax and corporate tax, and develop succession plans.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• KPO/BPO background preferred.
• Senior Associate: Graduate/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 4‑6 years experience.
• Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager: Inter CA/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 3‑6 years experience.
• Manager: CA with 4‑6 years experience, including 1‑2 years in a leadership role.
