Finance Integration Project Manager (Post Merger Integration)

About the role

The Finance Integration Project Manager will ensure operational success, deadlines, and budget for projects that integrate new subsidiaries into the Believe Group. Reporting to the Head of PMIF, you will act as the main liaison between local and central management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Scope the project, define governance, and lead local and group steering committees.
• Build, monitor, and adjust the global integration master plan while managing risks and corrective actions.
• Provide regular progress reporting and validate key deployment milestones.
• Assess the impact of change on local finance teams and drive communication and training strategies.
• Coordinate closely with the Core Model Expert to embed technical and regulatory workstreams into the overall schedule.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a Big 4 audit firm.
• Significant experience in finance transformation or finance integration project management, preferably in consulting or an international corporate finance department.
• Chartered Accountant or ACCA qualification.

Required skills

• Strong foundation in financial audit.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, and Agile.
