About the role
Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join its production facility in Chakan, Pune. The role focuses on maintaining and improving automation equipment to ensure safe, reliable food processing.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on electrical and automation systems.
- Participate in daily AM/PM activities and perform in‑process checks according to standard procedures.
- Lead and support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives such as 5S, TPM and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with multiskill training programs and contribute to daily improvement activities.
- Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve equipment failures quickly and efficiently.
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
- Basic knowledge of process equipment and automation systems.
- Familiarity with WCM and TPM methodologies.
