Site Manager – Ultra‑High Purity Utility Systems

About the role

We are seeking an execution‑focused Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for ultra‑high purity (UHP) piping, tubing and utility systems across multiple locations in India. The role ensures smooth commissioning, timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end site execution and commissioning of UHP utility systems.
• Plan and manage site schedules, resources and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Interpret and execute drawings, P&IDs and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily progress, provide updates and ensure compliance with safety, HSE and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, bottlenecks and technical challenges.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting and timely closure of activities.
• Lead, supervise and mentor technicians and site engineers, conducting performance reviews.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively mitigate project risks.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical) or MBA.
• 8–12 years of site execution experience, preferably in semiconductor, solar, EPC, chemical or specialty gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of UHP piping, cleanroom systems, site execution, drawings and P&IDs.
• Demonstrated leadership, client handling, communication and problem‑solving abilities with a safety‑first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, teams and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
