Engineering Executive

About the role

The Engineering Executive will oversee the installation, maintenance and preventative upkeep of tools, appliances and equipment at our Gurgaon property. You will ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently while supporting guest service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on all tools, appliances and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges and meters; identify and operate shut‑off valves.
• Order, label and stock parts, manage inventory and purchase‑order logs.
• Conduct life‑safety checks, fire‑pump and generator run tests, and inspect fire‑sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist in developing disaster‑response protocols and respond to guest repair requests.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, reporting hazards and completing required certifications.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering or facilities experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, reaching overhead and navigating stairs.

Required skills

• Calibration of controls, gauges and meters.
• Operation of power lifts.
• Inspection of fire‑sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
