About the role
We are seeking a proactive Legal Associate to manage store licensing, procurement, and renewal processes. The role involves close interaction with regulatory authorities and internal teams to ensure full legal compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage store licenses, procurement and renewal activities.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and maintain compliance.
- Draft, review and vet contracts across various business functions.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation and records.
- Oversee litigation management and support dispute resolution.
- Implement and monitor compliance management initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Prior experience in liaison work, documentation handling, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to licensing and procurement.
