In-House Counsel

About the role

Legal Solutions Group is seeking an experienced In‑House Counsel to join its team in Kochi. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions and support the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• File and manage trademarks, copyrights and patents for the company’s products.
• Advise the board and senior management on client engagements, due diligence and compliance matters in India, the US and Europe.
• Handle corporate legal matters, including contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with international teams and work during EU and US time‑zone hours as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a strong academic record.
• LLB or LLM degree.
• Experience in corporate legal work and intellectual‑property filings.
• Willingness to work part‑time from the Kochi office and adapt to cross‑time‑zone collaboration.

Required skills

• Trademark, copyright and patent filing.
• Proficiency with online communication tools such as Zoom and GoToMeeting.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
