Executive - Legal (PwD)

About the role

The Executive - Legal (PwD) will manage the company’s litigation portfolio, oversee recovery and consumer matters, and provide legal support to distribution, supply chain and manufacturing functions. The role also serves as the primary legal point of contact for external consultants and handles invoice/GST queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation, including recoveries, commercial disputes, prosecution and consumer liability cases.
• Draft and issue legal notices for outstanding dues and respond to consumer notices.
• Prepare MIS reports, case briefs and presentations for pending recovery, consumer and civil matters.
• Provide timely legal support to distribution, supply, logistics and manufacturing units, coordinating with external lawyers.
• Maintain case files, communication records, and update case trackers regularly.
• Act as the legal single point of contact for external consultants and assist with invoice/GST related queries.

Required profile

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Open to fresh graduates (no prior experience required).
• Robust knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
