Lead Associate – Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Associate – Marketplace to drive growth and operational excellence of Myntra’s marketplace segment. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, analyse market trends and ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for day‑to‑day marketplace operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace revenue and partner acquisition.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to implement marketplace initiatives.
• Analyse market data and trends to identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular performance reports.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies, regulations and standards.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with marketplace partners and vendors.
• Continuously optimise the user experience on the platform.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketplace management or key account management.
• Undergraduate degree (any discipline).
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
