About the role

Weekday is building the next frontier in hiring by leveraging the largest database of white‑collar talent in India. As a Key Account Manager you will own a portfolio of client companies, drive their hiring pipelines, and directly influence revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring pipelines for assigned portfolio companies.
• Conduct weekly check‑in calls with founders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
• Source candidates using Weekday’s proprietary database and outreach tools.
• Track candidate progress through interview stages and resolve any blockers.
• Own revenue generation for your portfolio and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused on tasks.
• Excellent proactive communication—both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
