About the role
Jio is looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic B2B relationships in Bangalore or Hyderabad. You will be responsible for growing revenue, retaining existing customers, and ensuring a superior service experience for large enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive incremental revenue and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary escalation point.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Finance, Marketing and other functions to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, conduct surveys, and proactively address issues.
- Manage churn, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain zero billing disputes.
Required profile
- Any graduation; MBA preferred.
- 5‑12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years managing strategic and large customers.
- Strong customer focus, problem‑solving ability, and relationship‑building skills.
