Junior Welding Engineer – TIG & Orbital Welding

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Welding Engineer to join our Multi‑modal Manufacturing Facility in Pune. The role focuses on TIG and orbital welding of tubes, sheet metal parts, and ducts using stainless steel and Inconel alloys for aerospace applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG and orbital welding of tubes, air manifolds, and sheet metal components.
• Weld and repair stainless steel (SS321) and Inconel 625 castings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, SOPs, manuals, and MOS to produce finished products.
• Assemble welded components and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment, positioners, bevellers, rollers, and 3D welding tables.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 2.5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Certified in AWS D17.1 (6G) for II A & III B materials.
• Ability to produce X‑ray quality Class B welds on SS321 and Inconel 625.
• Experience in aerospace or aviation‑related tube and duct fabrication.
• Strong personal integrity and safety mindset.
