IT Security Lead – IAM Domain Specialist

About the role

Philips is seeking an IT Security Lead with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive robust governance across mobile, social, and cloud channels. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that enhance compliance and reduce risk.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design IAM solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, and Radius authentication.
• Manage application integrations, MFA, conditional access policies, application proxy, admin consents, and Graph API implementations.
• Provide high‑level planning, dependency mapping, and design direction for infrastructure and platform projects aligned with IAM and security policies.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors to create future‑proof IAM architectures.
• Oversee IAM change‑management processes to ensure value‑driven, compliant changes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, applications, platforms, and IAM domains.
• 6+ years of hands‑on IAM design and implementation experience, focusing on Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, SAML/OIDC, PIM, MFA, LDAP, certificate and token management, and passwordless authentication.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and integrity.
