Full Stack Developer (On‑site, Hyderabad)

About the role

The Hidaya Foundation is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Full Stack Developer in Hyderabad to design, develop, and maintain web applications that support its operational and donor‑facing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and integrate front‑end user interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop back‑end services and APIs, write clean and secure code.
• Manage relational and NoSQL databases and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong software development and programming skills for full‑stack web applications.
• Solid analytical abilities to diagnose issues and design efficient solutions.
• Effective communication skills for working with team members, stakeholders, and non‑technical colleagues.
• Basic awareness of sales and stakeholder engagement to understand donor and partner needs.

Required skills

• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with back‑end technologies like Node.js or Django.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems (e.g., Git).
