AI Technical Expert

About the role

We are seeking a senior AI Technical Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The role combines deep software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning expertise to create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑value enterprise opportunities and drive AI initiatives with clear business impact.
• Architect and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build reliable data pipelines, platforms and processing capabilities that support AI/ML workloads.
• Apply ML techniques to develop, train, evaluate and deploy machine‑learning models.
• Design and implement LLM‑based applications, including retrieval‑augmented generation, agents, tool use and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms, APIs, data sources and engineering tools.
• Establish best practices for AI architecture, security, observability and governance.
• Lead proofs‑of‑concept through productionisation and mentor engineering teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of software engineering, architecture or technology experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid software architecture fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience designing data pipelines, data platforms and ensuring data quality.
• Practical experience with the full ML model lifecycle from data processing to monitoring.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, modern Generative AI approaches and LLM technologies.
• Experience taking AI/ML solutions from PoC to production in enterprise environments.
