About the role
The IT Assistant will support daily computing operations for a steel shots manufacturing unit, ensuring hardware and software systems run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and printer issues.
- Maintain and update computer systems and peripherals used by employees.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Ability to work onsite in Raipur and coordinate with the IT Manager.
