About the role
The IT Assistant will support the Foundry Steel Shots Manufacturing unit by maintaining hardware and software systems and providing first‑line technical support to ensure smooth daily computing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
- Maintain and update hardware and software assets.
- Ensure uninterrupted daily computing operations for employees.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
- Full‑time, entry‑level position reporting to the IT Manager.
Required skills
- Hardware troubleshooting.
- Software troubleshooting.
- Network troubleshooting.
