About the role
The IT Assistant will support daily computing operations for a steel shots manufacturing unit. This entry‑level position reports to the IT Manager and focuses on maintaining hardware and software systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and printer issues.
- Maintain and monitor hardware and software systems to ensure reliability.
- Support smooth daily computing operations for all employees.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Full‑time, entry‑level role reporting to the IT Manager/Head of IT.
Required skills
- Hardware support and maintenance.
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Network troubleshooting and basic networking.
- Printer configuration and support.
