Intake & Delivery Specialist I (French)

About the role

The Intake & Delivery Specialist I supports the Consulting & Technical Services team by managing the intake and distribution of plan review submissions and impairment reports. The role requires strong French language skills and a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service while ensuring data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and assess plan review submittals and reported impairments for completeness.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure all records are complete within the designated systems.
• Monitor correspondence inboxes, track follow‑up activities, and meet established timeframes.
• Prepare and distribute final plan review letters and impairment outcome correspondence according to defined protocols.
• Collaborate daily with DSPs, PCs, field engineers, and other team members across the assigned territory.
• Support the Technical Consultant and Consulting & Technical Services Manager in meeting Service Level Objectives and client satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Excellent French language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes accurately.
• Comfort working under supervision and mentoring while developing professional skills.
