Executive Assistant Intern to CEO

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant Intern provides high‑level support in a fast‑moving, early‑stage startup environment. The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO and helps coordinate executive outreach and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s extremely active calendar, schedule appointments, and act as a gatekeeper to protect the executive’s time.
• Communicate on behalf of the CEO, handling sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other executive communications.
• Prioritize conflicting demands, follow through on projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong business judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Professional temperament with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to establish priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G‑suite.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with social media web platforms.
