Intake & Delivery Specialist I (French)

About the role

The Intake & Delivery Specialist I supports the Consulting & Technical Services team by managing the flow of plan review submissions and impairment reports. This entry‑level position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, timely communication, and high‑quality service for internal and external customers, with a particular emphasis on French‑language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and track plan review submittals and reported impairments.
• Perform initial completeness checks and verify data integrity in the designated systems.
• Monitor correspondence inboxes, follow up on pending items, and meet established Service Level Objectives.
• Prepare and distribute final plan review letters and impairment outcome correspondence according to standard protocols.
• Collaborate daily with DSPs, PCs, field engineers, and other team members across the assigned territory.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow defined processes.
