Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

Edureka is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand its market presence. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions to promote Edureka’s education and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by building and maintaining customer relationships and positioning Edureka’s products in the market.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales.
• Maintain, build, and update calling and mailing databases.
• Research and implement tools to increase sales opportunities.
• Initiate refinements to strengthen existing products.
• Follow up regularly with new and existing customers.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of inside sales or tele‑sales experience in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets, preferably in the education sector.
• Experience selling software products or services is a plus.
• Demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence, and attention to detail.

• Salary up to 6 LPA plus incentives and other benefits.
• Shift timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Work location: Mahadevpura, Bangalore.
• Six‑day work week with Sunday as a fixed off.
