About the role
A motivated and confident Sales Officer is sought to handle customer inquiries, manage leads, follow up with potential clients and support the overall sales process. The work is full time, on site in Morbi, and fresher candidates are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain company products
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper solutions
- Maintain customer records and sales data
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer communication
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders and requirements
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals
- Provide excellent customer support and relationship management
Required profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
