About the role
The Inside Sales Executive will support UPS by engaging existing and potential customers through sales calls and routine check‑ups. The role focuses on maintaining and growing revenue while ensuring customers receive accurate shipping and billing information.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and routine check‑ups with existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow revenue.
- Research and analyze historic shipping trends to ask focused, data‑driven questions.
- Respond to customer issues such as billing and shipping inquiries, clarifying and resolving concerns.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
