Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across multiple regions. The role will focus on end‑to‑end recruitment, including campus hiring, and will drive team‑building initiatives while ensuring compliance and effective talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for office and sales teams, covering campus hiring and senior hires.
• Develop and manage Key Result Areas (KRA) for employees, aligning performance metrics with business goals.
• Oversee payroll processing for both office and sales staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HR compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all operating regions.
• Build and nurture a talent pool, managing succession planning and internal mobility.
• Collaborate with regional managers to address workforce planning and employee relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll administration and KRA management.
• Familiarity with HR compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
