Project Manager – HRMS Implementation

About the role

HONO.ai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HRMS implementation and transformation projects. The role will coordinate across customers, product, engineering, support and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans with resource allocation.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, conduct kickoff and steering committee meetings, and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate activities of functional and technical consultants, product and support teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and accountability.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, monitor project health and quality metrics, and manage change requests.
• Drive solution adoption through UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care phases, and support post‑implementation transition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience managing HRMS implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional, customer‑facing projects and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
