Talent Acquisition Executive – Financial Services

About the role

Jainam Broking Limited is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring top talent for sales, operations, research, compliance and broking functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs across broking, dealing, sales, back‑office and compliance.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with business stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and background‑check requirements.
• Build talent pipelines, support employer‑branding initiatives and provide weekly recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in BFSI or stock‑broking.
• Strong understanding of roles such as Relationship Managers, Dealers, Research Analysts and Compliance Officers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
