Corporate Recruiter – Fresh Graduate (Surat)

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our growing IT team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to identify and engage quality candidates through various sourcing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable resumes.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct cold calling, evaluate profiles, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain ATS, candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
• Build strong relationships and professional networks.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of submissions.

Required skills

• Any graduate / bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Interest in IT/technical recruitment.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical concepts (advantage).
• Good sourcing, coordination, follow‑up, and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in a target‑driven recruitment consulting environment.
