About the role
The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s human capital through effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new hires.
- Conduct performance management processes and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and sound judgement.
